07 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Technical Guidance & Constraints

Clear Guidelines

What 3D file formats do you accept?

We accept .STL, .STEP, .STP, .OBJ, and .3MF files. For reverse engineering, you can bring physical parts or dimensioned hand sketches.

What is the minimum wall thickness required?

For FDM printing, we recommend a minimum wall thickness of 0.8 mm (1.2 mm for structural loads). For SLA resin, feature sizes down to 0.4 mm are achievable.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Standard orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Express same-day production is available for urgent engineering prototypes.

Can you print large parts that exceed the build bed?

Yes! Large assemblies are split into interlocking CAD components using alignment pins and solvent-welded for maximum joint strength.
